Wilson Lee earned his degree in finance at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. He has held senior positions with Société Générale Asia ex-Japan equity derivatives and structured products, Jardine Matheson Asset Management, and G.F. Asset Management. Wilson is the co-founder of Full Nature Farms, a company that has developed agricultural systems to produce crops based on nutrients from fish waste with a long-term goal is to create large scale "closed-loop" farming systems.
Dr. Frederick Wagner received his M.D. from St. Louis University, followed by his anesthesiology specialty training at Washington University in St. Louis and is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Frederick serves as a managing partner at Millennium Anesthesiology Consultants LLC.
Frederick possesses extensive experience in navigating regulatory and compliance complexities that shape the framework of the modern healthcare system. An experienced operation, development, and strategic advisor, he has been driving results in hospitals through identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and improving processes for operational efficiency.
Frederick has extensive experience with patient responses to opioids, sedatives, and interactions of multiple classes of pharmaceuticals and has been treating medical cannabis patients for five years.
